THE ROLE: Aveda Atlantic Hair Colour Mentor

As a Colour Leader, you’ll be the go-to guru of all things Aveda Hair Colour,

bringing education, energy, and expertise to your salon floor.

Lead the Colour Conversation — Be the voice of Hair Colour excellence for

your team.

Onboard Like a Pro — Train new hires and help them fall in love with Aveda’s

colour philosophy.

Educate & Elevate — Plan and lead fun, inspiring education sessions for

team growth.

Know Your Products — Share your product knowledge to help everyone level

up their skills.

Collaborate with Leaders — Partner with salon owners and managers to

create training paths and set goals.
