Aveda Atlantic CANCELLATION POLICY

Class cancellation is only accepted via email at education@avedaatlantic.com.

If cancellation is made more than 15 business days before the program date, it is eligible for a full refund.

If cancellation is made within 15 business days prior to the class date, for any reason, the entire tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any refunds issued within the guidelines of the Aveda Atlantic cancellation policy will incur a $50 non-refundable administration fee.

In addition, Aveda Atlantic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary. In such a case, registration fees or deposits may be refunded in full or transferred to a future seminar or course. In no event shall Aveda Atlantic be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by and airline or hotel as a result of course date changes or cancellations.

Once registered, any participant who fails to attend a complimentary class without following the previously detailed cancellation policy will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
